Gambling Law is my main specialization.

I completed a Master's degree in Law at the University of Białystok, Poland, followed by full-time doctoral studies at the same university. In 2019, I defended my PhD Dissertation, entitled 'State control over the gambling sector and its impact on penal and criminological aspects of gambling'.

I also completed legal training at the Bar Association in Białystok in 2018, achieving the best result in professional examinations conducted by the Association.

In 2022 I completed a postgraduate course in Compliance & ESG at the Lazarski University, Warsaw, with very high scores.

I am a mediator at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.

In 2024–2025, I was included on the list of the most influential figures in the gambling industry, compiled by the leading industry portal igamingpolska.pl. I was twice nominated for the title of iGaming Industry Leader of the Year by the same portal.

I was also nominated for the prestigious Rising Stars – Lawyers of Tomorrow 2024 award, organized by Wolters Kluwer.

I have been recognized on the Forbes Women Poland and Women in Law Foundation list of “25 Women Lawyers in Business.”

Additionally, I was recognized on the list of 50 Lawyers to Follow on LinkedIn, published by Marketing Prawniczy by Tomczak Stanisławski.

I gained my professional experience in law firms in Białystok and at one of the highest-regarded law firms in Warsaw.

I have participated in numerous academic conferences, both as a speaker and an attendee, and taught university students as part of my doctoral program at the University of Białystok. I am also the author of academic publications and industry-related articles. My articles has been published in portals such as Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, igamingpolska.pl, E-PLAY.PL and International Masters of Gaming Law. I have also provided expert commentary for tvn24.pl, prawo.pl, and interplay.pl.
