Alternative methods, such as mediation, can effectively resolve conflicts. Mediation allows parties to reach an agreement with the assistance of a neutral mediator, maintaining confidentiality while minimizing costs and time. Inserting mediation clauses into contracts is advisable so that both players and businesses can protect their interests and relationships without involving the judiciary.
