2. The Personal Data Controller of the Service Recipient is Justyna Grusza-Głębicka, conducting business under the name Kancelaria Adwokacka dr Justyna Grusza-Głębicka, ul. Ludwika Waryńskiego 4/6, 15-461 Białystok, branch at ul. Lwowska 6/2, 00-658 Warsaw, NIP: 9661918567, REGON: 366428740, a member of the bar association, holding the professional title of attorney (title obtained in Poland), and a member of the Bar Association in Białystok, entry no. BIA/ADW/846.
3. The Data Controller exercises due diligence to protect the Service Recipient’s data. The processing of personal data is conducted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as: GDPR.

5. To the extent necessary for the provision of Services, the following data may be processed as provided by the Service Recipient:
1) email address
2) first and last name
3) address
4) phone number
5) company name
6) tax identification number (NIP)
7) other information provided for the purpose of Service provision.
6. Personal data of the Service Recipient are processed for the purposes of:
1) conclusion, execution, and termination of the Agreement,
2) pursuing claims,
3) conducting analyses and statistics for business operations,
4) archiving,
5) responding to inquiries, letters, or applications,
6) fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Data Controller.
7. The legal basis for processing the Service Recipient's data is:
1) given consent,
2) necessity to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party,
3) necessity to fulfill a legal obligation imposed on the Controller,
4) necessity arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Personal Data Controller, such as responding to the Service Recipient's letters and requests.
8. The Service Recipient's data will be processed by the Personal Data Controller only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose of data processing. The data may be shared with persons or entities cooperating with the Controller to achieve the data processing purpose, in particular:
1) employees of the Law Office,
2) payment processing entities,
3) entities or authorities authorized by law,
4) provider of law firm management software,
5) IT and hosting service providers and entities maintaining the IT systems of the Service Provider,
6) entities providing legal, tax, and accounting support for the Service Provider.
9. Credit card data used by the Service Recipient for the purchase of electronically provided services are processed and stored by the payment processing entity.
10. Personal data are processed on servers located in Poland. The data are stored on servers managed by SEOHOST Sp. z o.o., NIP: PL9721323212.
11. The Service Recipient's personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the Agreement and as required by law. In the event of withdrawal of consent, data will be retained no shorter than required by legal obligations.
12. The Service Recipient has the right to:
1) request access to their personal data, receive a copy, rectification, deletion (if processing is based on consent), or restriction of processing,
2) object to data processing and the right to data portability,
3) withdraw consent to data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
4) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), under the GDPR.
13. The Data Controller automatically collects data upon entering the website www.grusza-glebicka.pl. The IT system used by www.grusza-glebicka.pl automatically collects log data related to the device used by the User to connect with www.grusza-glebicka.pl. These data are collected for statistical purposes only and include: device type, operating system, type of web browser, screen resolution, color depth, IP address, internet service provider, and the URL of entry into www.grusza-glebicka.pl. These data are used only for optimization to ensure the best possible user experience. These data are never combined with personal data provided during contract conclusion and are used solely for statistical analysis and correcting system errors.
14. To ensure convenience for Users of the website, including improved performance, cookie technology is used.Users may independently change their cookie settings in their web browsers. Disabling cookies in the browser used by the User should not cause difficulties or prevent the functioning of particular features of the website.
15. What are Cookies?
Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, stored on the User's end device and intended for the use of the website's pages. Cookies contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage duration on the end device, and a unique number.
Types of cookies used:
1) PHPSESSID – session cookies, temporary files stored on the User's end device until logout and exiting the website by closing the software (web browser);
2) cookie365 – long-term cookie storing information about the acceptance of the website’s Privacy Policy message. It appears once the following message is accepted: "Our website uses cookies to ensure your comfort while using the site. You can change your cookie settings in your web browser.” This ensures that the message is not displayed again upon the next visit to the website.
